Redwood Parks ConservancyRedwood Parks Conservancy (RPC) is the official park partner and only cooperating association for Redwood National and State Parks. This non-profit business provides direct support to the parks' visitor services, educational and interpretive programs. For example: each year Redwood Parks Conservancy funds the publication of sixty thousand visitor guide newspapers and ten thousand junior ranger booklets and badges. These are then provided free to the public.RPC operates park stores in our five visitor centers, and park staff and RPC staff work side-by-side to serve the public. Learn how you can support Redwood Parks Conservancy. Redwood National and State ParksThe common mission of Redwood National and State Parks is to preserve, protect, and make available to all people, for their inspiration, enjoyment, and education, the ancient forests, scenic coastlines, prairies and streams, and their associated natural and cultural values, which define this World Heritage Site; and to help people forge emotional, intellectual, and recreational ties to these parks. Monetary donations are graciously accepted and directly benefit the park. Funds will be used for visitor services and safety, as well as projects that protect natural and cultural resources. Donations may be made by check or money order payable to "National Park Service." If you are making a donation in someone's honor, please include the name and address of that person or a member of the family and they will receive an acknowledgement note. |
