Mississippi River Visitor Center

National Park Rangers and volunteers at the Mississippi River Visitor Center will help you explore our park and the many historical and natural history themes of the park. The visitor center is open year-round.

St. Anthony Falls Visitor Center

1 Portland Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55401
Explore the milling district and the re-engineering of St. Anthony Falls that made this place an economic powerhouse and how it changed the world. Rangers at the St. Anthony Visitor Center, perched on top of the lock provide tours at 11:00, 1:00, and 3:00 daily from about Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend each year.

East Coon Rapids Dam Visitor Center

East Coon Rapids Dam Visitor Center offers park users equipment, facilities, information about the Anoka County Parks and Recreation System, and education about the Mississippi River.

North Mississippi Regional Park

4900 Mississippi Court, Minneapolis, MN 55430
The North Mississippi Regional Park hosts the Carl W. Kroening Interpretive Center to learn more about the Mississippi River and its role as a transportation corridor, recreation resource, natural habitat and source for jobs and drinking water.

Fort Snelling State Park Visitor Center

101 Snelling Lake Road, St. Paul, MN 55111
Interpretive exhibits and films on display in the Thomas C. Savage Visitor Center give visitors a good background on the history and resources of the park and area.

Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center

The staff of the Minnesota Valley NWR can help you plan your Refuge visit; tour four levels of exhibits; view a multi-image slide show, visit the art gallery and the Blufftop Bookshop.
