American Sign Language Interpreters

If you would like to attend a park ranger program and need an ASL or tactile interpreter, please contact the park at least three weeks ahead of time at 760-367-5502 or email (email is preferred for Deaf visitors). Pleae include the following information in your request: include in their request: date of visit, program(s) time, group size, contact information. A list of current ranger programs can be found on our calendar.

Assistive Listening and Captioning

Assistive listening devices are available for park programs. These are available upon request. Please provide 48 hours notice.

There are two videos that play at the Joshua Tree National Park Visitor Center. Assistive listening is not currently available, however, both videos are captioned.
