Updated Spring Schedule Released for Whitman Mission National Historic Site WALLA WALLA, Wash. – Whitman Mission National Historic Site will begin its spring schedule on April 23, 2024. Under this schedule, the Visitor Center will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. An update for when the park will switch to its summer operations schedule will be provided at a later date.
The park’s picnic area, restrooms, trails, and grounds continue to be open every day, sunrise to sunset. The park’s 25-minute film can be accessed online at https://go.nps.gov/whmi/film. Whitman Mission National Historic Site is located 8 miles west of Walla Walla, WA, on Whitman Mission Road. Park admission is free.
