Voices of Guåhan (Guam) Oral History Tour

A phone open to the self-guided tour page for War in the Pacific National Historical Park. In the background is the beach and ocean.

Bombardment, occupation, relocation—when World War II hit Guåhan, it changed lives forever.

At each stop on this tour, you'll hear stories from WWII survivors. Indigenous peoples and military service members who lived through the war describe how it affected them and how it impacted Guåhan.

To access the tour, download the NPS app for free through the App Store and Google Play, then search for War in the Pacific National Historical Park and click on Self-Guided Tours.

The tour will take between two and three hours to complete. We recommend using a car to get between stops.
