A newly open trail in the north that has an elevated metal boardwalk to protect the forest floor. The ancient redwoods on this trail have many interesting shaped branches called "reiterations". There is no parking for recreational vehicles or vehicles towing trailers.

Located in the southern third of the parks this fully accessible and family-friendly loop trail takes you under some of the tallest trees in the world and follows along a beautiful creek. There is parking, restrooms, and picnic tables close by.
