Thing to Do
Visit the Whitman Mission Museum
Explore the Whitman Mission Museum during your next visit! Exhibits include Cayuse cultural items, archaeological artifacts, and objects belonging to individuals who lived at the mission including the Whitmans.
While you cannot touch items in the exhibit, we do have a hands-on area just around the corner in the visitor center lobby where you can feel different furs, take a closer look at cultural items, and see just how heavy those adobe bricks were.
