Thing to Do
Los Alamos: Visit the Los Alamos History Museum Campus
Visitors interested in Los Alamos history—before, during, and after the Manhattan Project—should make sure to add a visit to the Los Alamos History Museum to their itineraries.
The Los Alamos History Museum operates out of a Ranch School building, the oldest continually occupied structure in town. At the museum, you’ll find exhibits on the history of this secret city. Other buildings included in the Los Alamos campus are just a short walk away, and also worth a visit.
You can learn more about planning your visit to the History Museum on the Los Alamos History website.
