Attend a Tales of the Great Flood Presentation

Tales of the Great Flood ranger talks take place in the Visitor Center Theater between showings of the park film, “Black Friday.” These talks are approximately 15-minutes long and cover a variety of topics relating to the Johnstown Flood and time period.
The program is offerred daily through August 31, 2024. In September and October they are offerred on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Tales of the Great Flood program times:
9:55 a.m., 10:55 a.m., 11:55 a.m., 1:55 p.m., 2:55 p.m. and 3:55 p.m.
No reservations are required. The talks are staff dependent.

Theater:
It is on the upper level of the Visitor Center. Accessible seating is available at the top of the theater.
Lake View House:
An elevator is available to access the doors on the lower level of the Visitor Center that will take visitors outside to the program location.
