Improve Your Physical Wellness
Even the smallest of movements can have a great impact on your personal wellness. The National Park Service Wellness Challenge offers you many opportunities to move. We welcome you to get out, explore, start a new habit, or try something new to benefit your physical health.
Challenge 1: A Paddler’s Paradise
Paddle or float on crystal clear waters within the river routes of the Ozark region. Choose a designated entry point along the riverbanks to begin your journey to new places. Move along the flowing streams, picturesque riverscapes and seasonal foliage. Enjoy the ride and embrace the sights and sounds around you.

The Headquarters Visitor Information Center has accessible parking, restrooms, and water fountains.

The park brochure is available in text and audio formats and is audio described on the park website and on the UniD App.

The Two Rivers Boat Ramp and Big Spring Boat Ramp are paved. Individuals with nonmotorized boats can use these ramps for improved accessibility.
