We, the United States Park Police, support and further the mission and goals of the Department of the Interior and the National Park Service by providing quality law enforcement to safeguard lives, protect our national treasures and symbols of democracy, and preserve the natural and cultural resources entrusted to us.

Since 1791, the United States Park Police has remained dedicated to the communities and historic places we protect. We place dignity and respect at the center of our mission. We are guided by the principles of the Constitution working to ensure everyone has the opportunity to safely exercise their First Amendment rights. We are committed to and invest in our workforce, providing opportunities for employees to grow and thrive.
