Audiovisual Arts

Voices from the past speak, inaccessible peaks are climbed, and complex processes are revealed through the world of audiovisual arts. In collaboration with park personnel and subject matter experts, HFC staff and contractors plan, design, and produce programs in a variety of formats including captivating ultra-high-definition video, immersive audio programs, and engaging interactive multimedia. We provide foreign language versions as well as accessibility features such as subtitles for the deaf or hard-of-hearing (SDH) and audio description. We also maintain a robust archive of National Park Service programs and footage.
