Join Rangers and Volunteers for SF History Days at the Old Mint

Join park rangers and volunteers on Saturday, March 4 and Sunday, March 5 for San Francisco History Days at the Old Mint. Look for our table among the 75 other exhibitors participating in the free, city-wide event. On Saturday, March 4, you can join Ranger Rejane Butler on a free walk starting at the Hyde Street Pier at 10AM and ending at the Old Mint. Ranger Butler will stop at several significant women’s history landmarks along the way. Also on Saturday, at noon, Ranger Peter Kasin will lead a chantey sing-along. On Sunday, March 5,  Ranger Katelin Ghormley will present a talk at 3PM on the history of rope and rope making in San Francisco and beyond.
