Unmanned Aircraft
Drones are not allowed to take off, land, or fly over National Park Service sites. (More information found here)


Superintendent's Compendium
The purpose of the compendium is to provide the public and park employees with a document that lists the special designations, closures, public use limits, permit requirements and other restrictions imposed under the discretionary authority of the Superintendent.

Foundation Document
The Russell Cave Foundation Document serves as guidance for management and planning decisions within the park. The document takes an in-depth look at the site's purpose, significance, fundamental resources and values, and interpretive themes. It also assesses planning and data needs, which guides the park towards stewardship for the future.

Collecting
All natural, cultural, and archeological resources are protected and may not be removed or disturbed.
*Small amounts of berries, seeds and nuts may be gathered for immediate personal consumption within the park, but nothing can be removed from the park.
Relic hunting is prohibited. Possession of a metal detector in the park is unlawful.

FIREARMS PROHIBITED IN FEDERAL BUILDINGS
Firearms are prohibited in federal buildings where federal employees work. This includes visitor centers, park administrative offices, maintenance buildings, and ranger stations.

It is the responsibility of visitors to understand and comply with all applicable state, local, and federal firearms laws before entering this park.
