    Hear details about invasive species in the Rio Grande with Dr. Chris Ritzi, biologist at Sul Ross State University who will talk about his work to help the park document these species that threaten the health of the river.

    50th Anniversary Celebration at Rio Grande Village Visitor Center
    Join the Conservancy and park staff to cut a cookie cake in celebration of the Rio Grande Wild & Scenic Act's 50th Anniversary.  There will be giveaways, kids goodies, free cookies and punch and water for all park guests and staff until supplies run out.
