The Park Archives and Records Center (PARC) located in the Presidio, contains over 5 million documents, photographic images, oral histories and maps that document all areas and facets of the history associated with Golden Gate National Recreation Area. Take a look at the PARC Research Finding Aids to get a sense of the breadth of the collection. At PARC, you can conduct research in person, either during the regularly scheduled walk-in research hours or by individual appointments.
