Description

A Christmas Carol en la Frontera is loosely based on Charles Dickens’ holiday classic and set on the United States and Mexican border. This bilingual holiday play, adapted by Jay Stratton and Adriana Domínguez, tells the story of a bitter curmudgeon who learns the value of goodwill and charity. You will recognize familiar characters such as "Roberto" Cratchit. He crosses the bridge to work for miserly Scrooge, who is visited by various espíritus. Stay for a discussion after the performance as Chamizal asks: What would Dickens Say?
