The Maritime Museum is your one stop spot for all things naval in San Francisco. In addition to the outdoor waterfront exhibit on Hyde Street Pier, the Visitor Center in the Argonaut Hotel (at the corner of Jefferson and Hyde Streets) has fascinating exhibits on the maritime history of the San Francisco area.
