Wild and Scenic River Currents

We invite you to explore River Currents—an annual newsletter designed to recognize the accomplishments of the National Park Service Wild and Scenic River (WSR) community. From newly designated rivers to exciting new citizen science, there is much to celebrate and appreciate.

Partnership Wild and Scenic River News:

As a way of connecting, celebrating, and sharing their stories, the Partnership Wild and Scenic River (PWSR) News has been produced every few years since the early 2000s. Geared to reach partnership rivers and those that work to protect them, each installment has been shared with river organizations and communities interested in learning more about Wild and Scenic River designation using the partnership model.
