The Social Science Branch (SSB) does not have a primary research budget available for agency-wide competition in calling for proposals. As a result, technical assistance requests should be submitted with this in mind. SSB can assist in managing social science projects, prioritizing needs and approaches, developing of research and analysis, and peer review processes. Submit a STAR request under 'Social Science and Visitor Use.'
