2026 JACS Grant Application Forms
Please save all blank application forms to your computer before filling them in with the required data. Completed application forms must be uploaded to Grants.gov for submittal.
All grant applicants must register in the System for Award Management in order to obtain grant funding.
Application Instructions and Guidelines
Please read before filling out the forms below:

A complete application must include:
- Signed SF-424 Application for Federal Assistance (required)
- JACS Project Narrative (required) Updated September 13, 2021
- Completed SF-424A or SF424C - Budget Information (Non-Construction or Construction Programs) (required)
- Budget Justification Template to Support the SF-424A or SF-424C (required)
- Indirect Cost Rate Agreement or Proposal, if applicable
- Signed SF-LLL, Disclosure of Lobbying Activities, if applicable
- Proof of applicant's governmental, nonprofit, or institutional status (required)
- Letters of Support, if applicable
- Supplemental Information, if applicable as described in the Notice of Funding Opportunity
Non-Construction projects must also submit:
- SF 424A Budget Information, Non-Construction Programs (required)
- SF 424B Assurances—Non-Construction Programs (required)
Construction projects must also submit:
- SF 424C Budget Information, Construction Programs (required)
- SF 424D Assurances—Construction Programs (required)
