Little Mountain Overlook at Jeff Busby Campground, Mississippi
At about 600 feet, the view from Little Mountain Overlook at Jeff Busby Campground is commanding in central Mississippi.

At the Natchez Trace Parkway, the term "viewshed" is simply defined as what can be seen from the Parkway. The landscapes surrounding the Parkway are in a constant state of change. Urban sprawl and changing agricultural patterns present challenges to the future viewshed of the Natchez Trace Parkway.

Take a look at the photo gallery to see some of the views that can be enjoyed today along the Parkway, and hopefully by future generations.

Take a quick trip via two videos or three video vignettes of beauty. Launch into a quick trip with NPS film producer David Ehrenberg and experience natural and cultural sites along the Parkway between Natchez, Mississippi and Nashville, Tennessee. Then join David as he shares five days of filming on the Parkway, and finally settle back and relax with the sights and sounds of nature.
