Interpretive text from Nimiipuu Tribal Committee:
"Ropes such as this, were constructed out of a variety of materials, including: rawhide, bison hair, and horsehair. The Nimiipuu were known for being able to use these type of ropes to lasso wild horses, from distance while galloping in pursuit."
