Recipe
Spagetti [sic] & Meat balls- Cook spagetti [sic] in salt water Then blanche & strain good. Put aside. Sauce: mix these together & simmer ½ hr. In pot put: 1 ½ cup water 1 16 oz. C. Tom. 1 C. Tom. Paste 3 T. oil 1 chopped onion 1 clove garlic 1 t. salt Brown hamb. & onion & garlic before mixing together - Cook ½ hr. Stir often to keep from burning.
