The woman in the white shoes sitting alone is Evelyn Cecil Frey, who was the concessioner at Bandelier for over 50 years. At the time of this photo she was managing the cabins, dining room, crafts shop, and a coffee shop. As she told the story of those years, it would have been very unusual to ever see her sitting down!
