Summer is the busy season at Mesa Verde, when hundreds of thousands of visitors from around the world come to Mesa Verde to explore and learn from this sacred landscape. Join a ranger for a tour into a cliff dwelling, camp out in Morefield Canyon, hike into Spruce Canyon, and marvel at a sky full of stars.


Cliff Dwelling Tours

While numerous cliff dwellings are visable from viewpoints and overlooks, advance tour tickets are required to go into the cliff dwellings. Tickets are available online 14 days in advance. For more information visit the page for Cliff Dwelling Tours.
