As the National Park Service monitors and responds to the COVID-19 pandemic, we work closely with the NPS Office of Public Health to use the latest science to guide our decision making. Access to buildings at theMartin Luther King, Jr. National Historical Park is as follows:
Open: Monday – Saturday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Visitor Center – The theater and D.R.E.A.M. Gallery are closed.
Historic Ebenezer Baptist Church – Temporarily closed for repairs to HVAC system. Tentatively re-opening on August 31, 2022.
Birth Home – Tours conducted between 10:00am – 4:00pm according to staffing levels, 10 persons allowed on a tour.
Fire Station No. 6 – Opened with staff availability.
Masks are required in all buildings.
The CDC has offered guidance to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. We will continue to monitor all park functions to ensure that visitors adhere to CDC guidance for mitigating risks associated with the transmission of COVID-19 and take any additional steps necessary to protect public health.
