Want to become a Junior Ranger? Earn your Junior Ranger badge at Martin Luther King, Jr. National  Historical Park by completing our activities.

Any child between the ages of 9 and 12 can become a Junior Ranger at Martin Luther King, Jr., National Historical Park. You can pick up your Junior Ranger booklet at the Visitor Center located at 450 Auburn Avenue.

Once you complete your booklet, a ranger will swear you in as a Junior Ranger signifying your commitment and promise to live by Dr. King's Six Principles of Nonviolence. You will receive a special badge with your designation and certificate of achievement.

While the park is closed, we are offering the Martin Luther King, Junior Ranger program booklet (934 KB PDF) online for you to download and complete at home. You can use the park website to help answer some of the activities.
