Nestled on the shores of the Potomac and Anacostia rivers, the capital of the United States of America is centrally located within the heart of the Chesapeake Bay watershed. With world-class museums and national monuments and memorials there is plenty to fill a visit to Washington D.C. Many of those experience and some that may be lesser known are incredible ways to have an authentic Chesapeake experience!
