Here are some reminders:

  • Alcohol and controlled substances are not allowed
  • Glass containers (bottles, jars, etc.) are not allowed
  • Camping is not permitted
  • Dogs must remain on a leash (no longer than 6 feet) at all times while in park

  • Fireworks are not allowed
  • Special Events require a permit (fees apply)
 

Park Rules


It is the responsibility of visitors to understand and comply with all applicable state, local and federal firearms before entering this park. Under federal law, along with state and local laws, those people who meet certain guidelines may possess firearms in the park but not in federal buildings. This includes visitor centers, administrative offices, maintenance buildings and ranger stations.
