Volcano Adventure Camp (VAC) is a youth camping facility located inside Lassen Volcanic National Park. This designated facility provides opportunities for a wide range of youth organizations including school groups, other educational groups, and scouting organizations to introduce young visitors to their national park.The facility was completed in 2016--just in time to celebrate the park and National Park Service centennial. The Volcano Adventure Camp was completed through a partnerhsip between LPF and Lassen Volcanic National Park. The project was funded in part by park entrance fees from visitors and contributions from individual donors. |
