Between fall 2015 and spring 2016, Harpers Ferry Middle School students volunteered with Harpers Ferry National Historical Park to complete three vodcasts (mini-movies) related to Harpers Ferry's history in the National Park Service. This topic was chosen because 2016 was the centennial of the NPS. Based on their hands-on experiences in the park and analysis of primary source documents, the students served as writers, editors, photographers, costumers, videographers, and directors to produce this eighth and final installment of student-developed movies. These vignettes or vodcasts are now part of the park’s official interpretation and available for you to view, download, and enjoy while in the park or at home.
