Gabrielle Zahuatitla Significant Meaning (Transcript) Interviewee: Gabrielle Zahuatitla Which part of the murals hold the biggest impact in your life? “The American Dream” (mura)l has the biggest impact on me because some of the images portrayed there are of people working really hard and you could see in their facial expression that they are so tired but they kept moving and I remember that when my parents came, they said that it was like that for them too. It was always moving and working, never any breaks, they needed to make a new life for themselves here so they had to push themselves to work. And I feel the American Dream mural has connected to me the most.”
