Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Construction Management Representative (CMR), or Project Manager (PM)
- Review for compliance with contract documents. (See Division 01 Specifications Section 01 32 16.)
- Lump sum items shall be broken down by work elements or tasks and not per specification division. Lump sum item work elements shall provide enough detail to assess dollar value of a partially complete work element or task when monthly payment requisitions are generated.
- Use Transmittal Form to document comments and indicate acceptance or rejection.
- Process re-submittals and supplements as required until acceptable schedule of values is complete.
