If Construction Contractor requests original CAD (Computer Aided Design)/BIM (Building Information Modeling) equivalent software and Microsoft Word specification files, complete CAD/BIM and Electronic File Transfer Terms and Conditions then send to Construction Contractor for signature.
After signed form is returned, coordinate transfer of files to Construction Contractor.
