Elevation Change: 195 feet
Trailhead Location: Upper Glen trailhead is located across Old Mine Road from Upper Glen Parking area. Lower Glen trailhead is located in Van Campen Glen parking area.
Restrictions: Swimming and wading are not permitted anywhere along the Van Campens Brook. Alcohol and picnicking are prohibited along the trail. Visitors must stay on the trail at all times to protect the natural resources.

Van Campen Glen Trail is an easy to moderate out and back trail that winds closely next to a section of the Van Campen Brook. The trail features several cascades and waterfalls, a narrow stone valley, and a lush hemlock ravine. The Van Campen Brook, a protected trout stream, is home to species of native and naturalized trout. To extend the hike, cross the road to connect with the Pioneer Trail or the Hamilton Ridge Trail. While in the area, be sure to explore nearby Millbrook Village and its surrounding trails for a full-day adventure.
