The Add Existing Form Field dialog lets you add a shared field to your form. Shared fields are fields that defined on other forms, but are available for sharing in the Form Field dialog.
Open this dialog from the Edit Simple Form Fields dialog by clicking the Add Shared Field link.
The dropdown list includes all fields that are available for sharing.
Choose a field from the dropdown list and click Add to return to the Edit Simple Form Fields dialog.
