This dialog displays if you attempt to modify an Element in a pending state. For Elements in a work-in-progress state the following displays.
If Work on this Page (All Changes) displays in the View menu, you have the option to Take Ownership of this Element.
Optionally contact the owner to request release. If email service is enabled for your CommonSpot site, this dialog also contains the current owner's address. (Administrators enable this option through Server Administration - Configuration - Email Notification.)
