You can optionally convert a page to a template. This action creates a new inheritance structure for the current page based on the copy.
With a page displayed in Author Mode, choose Templates- Save as Template. Click Copy the current page as a template.
Category: Pick from the dropdown, or, if you have category creation permissions, click the New button to create a new category for the template.
Template Name: Required. Enter a name for the new template.
Description: Briefly describe the purpose of this template.
Optionally click Check Spelling, if this is displayed, then click Save to keep your changes, Prev to step back or Cancel to exit without saving.
