CommonSpot tracks page history and evolution and maintains a complete internal archive. CommonSpot does not record history for unpublished changes or changes that were not submitted for publication. Through the Page Versions left panel, users with appropriate permissions can view a complete listing of previous page versions, including change details and any comments recorded.
CommonSpot administrators set the default period for viewing old content through this dialog; the initial default is 30 days. These settings apply to all pages within the current subsite and can be changed at the individual page level.
View or change the subsite default for viewing past versions of pages. Click Save to keep your changes or Cancel to exit without updating.
