Transaction History

Transaction History is found in the Utilities section of each of the 4 main sections in the Utilities menu:

• Server
• Customer
• Site
• Subsite
• Plus at the page level in the Actions > Transaction History menu.

Some basic rules on how Transaction History is reported:

• All SiteTransaction History may be seen via the Site or Subsite Administrator.
• Subsite History includes all Site transactions and those specific to the current subsite.
  • It does NOT include history for Child Subsites.
• Page history only has events applicable for that Page.

An example of the Site report contains Site, Subsite, Page and Element events.

The Transaction history dialog also allows you to drill into an event and see all parameters specified for that action within the Transaction Details dialog.

This is an example of Invalidate Cache details for a page:

Additionally the data may be Exported from within each of the Reports to a standard CSV format by clicking the Export to Excel button.
