Choose Admin - Subsite Admin - Properties - Subsite Name to display the current subsite name and description. Use this dialog to optionally change the description or display name. To change the CommonSpot name (the directory name that displays as the subsite URL) for the current subsite, use Rename Current Subsite.
The display name is used by several CommonSpot dynamic elements, such as the Breadcrumb Element and Link Bar, for a more human-readable name, unlike the Name field, which is bound by directory creation rules. If this field is blank, the Breadcrumb Element does not display this level when it displays hierarchy for the current document.
