Spell checking is available for almost all content contribution dialogs. You can set the default lexicon (dictionary), spell checking defaults, and whether users can maintain their own dictionaries.
Access Spell Check Settings by expanding the Authoring Tools option in the Site Administration left panel. Use these options to determine whether users can create their own lexicons, and to set default spellcheck state for dialogs that contain the spellcheck option.
To enable spell checking site-wide and set the default spellcheck state, click Spell Check Settings. The Spell Check General Settings dialog displays.
