The Running Jobs option displays records for processes initiated through Site Administration - Utilities - Site Tools. You can access status for all running jobs at your site by expanding Utilities from the left panel of the Site Administration Dashboard and selecting Running Jobs.
For active jobs, as shown below, click to sort by column head criteria.
Click the cancel icon 
to abandon a running job or click the view icon 
to display Administrators Reference. Optionally click Remove Completed & Canceled Jobs for finished jobs.
The following displays when no jobs are running.
