Use the Language Support option to enable multi-language publishing. Expand the Site Properties/Settings option in the left panel of the Site Administration dashboard and click Language Support to display available languages.
Languages already enabled at your site are checked and grayed-out, with a subsite usage count. Select additional languages (as shown above for German and French), using CTRL-Click to select or deselect multiple items. Click Save to keep language settings or Cancel to exit without saving.
Selections here control which Language options are available at the subsite level for creating language counterparts.
CommonSpot ships with the languages shown above. You can "manually" add languages as needed. Review this knowledgebase article for details (requires login):
