Delete Metadata Form

Delete Metadata forms from the Metadata Forms dialog. Select the form to delete and click the delete icon. The following dialog displays.

Note that continuing deletes and dissociates all form data from affected pages. Click Delete to complete the delete operation, or Close to exit without deleting.
