For all images contained within a site/subsite, CommonSpot maintains a library of thumbnail images for convenient preview, browsing, and selection. Use this utility to maintain the thumbnail library.
Select a subsite from the Subsite dropdown or click the folder icon to select a specific subsite.
Optionally check Include Child Subsites (default) to search from the selected subsite and all subsites below. If this is unchecked CommonSpot searches the selected subsite only.
By default, this utility does not run immediately. Check Force rebuild to ensure that all image content is refreshed. Click Run Utility to build image files or Cancel to exit without running the utility.
