Approval Levels

Use the Approval Levels dialog to add and update approval level definitions for your site. This section is available to all site administrators.

To add a new level, click Add New Approval Level.

The Add Approval Level dialog displays for defining a new level, name, and description.

To edit an existing level, click either the level Name or the edit icon in the Actions column to update the name, description, or level.

The Edit Approval Level dialog displays.

To delete an existing level, click the associated delete icon in the Actions column. CommonSpot displays a Delete Approval Level Confirmation.
