My CommonSpot, My Content, Left-Panel Controls & Saved Searches
CommonSpot provides personalized views for CommonSpot activities and extensive options for customizing the work environment through the My CommonSpot dashboard, the My Content menu, and the left-panel display.
Contributors can customize the default left-pane to show/hide panels, reorder them through a drag & drop interface and set other defaults through easy-to-use editing options.

Authenticated administrators can further customize the workspace to show/hide add, delete, edit, and assign security to left-panel options through the CommonSpot Site Administration interface.
