Arctic Animal Discovery

Find the animals on the landscape to learn more about their adaptations!

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to explore the tundra? Depending on the season, you may find different animals, colors, and landscapes. But it’s not just animals that enjoy these vast wildlands. People have lived here for thousands of years and continue to do so today. You may find them fishing, berry picking, or hiking. So go ahead, and get ready to explore.

How to play
Use the mouse or keyboard arrows to move within the environment. Change the season with the options on the screen. You can locate the animals or human activities by exploring the landscape or by clicking on the navigational map. The TAB key will allow you to cycle through the options or select the option with your mouse.

Accessibility:
In order to meet accessibility requirements, all text features a read-out-loud narration, animal sounds are open-captioned, and navigation is keyboard accessible. You can also access our simple site for access to all game content.
